This initiative, pursued in 2017, aims to guarantee for all end-users of Yanmar Construction machines in Europe, an optimum and unvarying quality level of after-sales service and genuine spare-parts sales. For this first edition, 21 Yanmar dealers have been rewarded with a Certificate of Excellence for the Quality of their Services.

On January 10th, 2018, the dealer CEBEKO, based in Belgium, was awarded this exclusive certificate by the new Director Aftermarket YANMAR CE Europe, Mr Markus KOEHLER, who declares: « Our dealers are the voice and face of Yanmar towards our common end customers. Only through a close collaboration built on trust, communication and combined efforts can we ensure the reliable all-round service we aim for. We are proud of our Premium Yanmar Dealers! ». Tom Dekoninck, CEO of Cebeko, confirms his team has the commitment to reach service excellency for their customers at all times : « Here at CEBEKO, customer and customer service always comes first. We constantly invest to provide the highest quality service to our customers. At CEBEKO the employees are the core of the company, so we invest a great deal in training and ergonomics. In the world of compact construction machinery, the only key to success is a close collaboration and support from the manufacturer to the dealer. In the past 23 years of collaboration, we have proven ourselves to our customers and now we have also received recognition of YANMAR. In addition, receiving this award is a great honor and it means that YANMAR has a lot of confidence in us. We are looking forward to the next 23 years of collaboration between YANMAR and the CEBEKO team! »
